Test

Chosen products, certified ISO 9001, will be tested with products with which they will interact. There are two laboratories by the companies (Saint Gobain Calmar) where a qualified staff and expert chemists will effect compatibility tests with Customers' products and tightness test with bottles.

The technical laboratory by our Society in Sesto San Giovanni, allows to effect, not only tightness and functionality test in a very short time, but also to define the right length of the tube thanks to the presence of the following instruments:

"Profilometro": for the measurement of the right dimensions to find out imperfections of the chosen article.
Microscope: to determine imperfections
"Coppa di Ford": for the measurements of the fluidity in order to determine the functionality of the sprayers.
Vacuum chamber: to verify the tightness and to check any presences of leakages of products at different atmospheric pressure levels.
Oven: to control the functionality and the interaction of the sprayers with the products after having simulated an artificial aging period, keeping sprayer and product at even temperature.
Vertical and Horizontal micrometer: to define the real dimensions of the thickness of packaging.
